U.S. Immigration Law Firm

Dear Clients and Friends:

We hope that you and your families are well and staying safe as the coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold.

We wanted to let you know about the actions we have taken to ensure effective and timely client service while also taking some important steps to protect the health and safety of our personnel, our clients, and our communities.

Virtual Operating Status: As of March 17, 2020, our office has moved to a Partial-Virtual Operating Status.  This means that Fuller & Fuller LLP is fully operational, but some of the services may be provided remotely.  We continue to make every effort to fully support the needs of our clients.

Coronavirus Client Advice:  We have been and will continue to guide our clients through the constantly changing immigration issues resulting from COVID-19.

Virtual Teams + Communication:  With some of our attorneys and support staff working remotely, we have taken steps to ensure these remote teams are able to continue to advise and coordinate all immigration matters.  We remain accessible and able to conduct conference calls and video meetings to provide this support.

Through this rapidly evolving crisis, Fuller & Fuller LLP remains committed to supporting our clients and we are confident we can continue to provide the highest client service and advice.  Above all, we wish health and safety to you, your colleagues, and your families.

The Firm of Fuller & Fuller LLP, based in New York City and serving clients throughout the United States, has been serving as immigration counsel to U.S. and foreign multi-national businesses and individual clients since 1978.

The legal practice of Fuller & Fuller LLP is limited to U.S. immigration and nationality law and consular practice. The Firm represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of State and at U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout the world.

Each year, thousands of employers in the United States hire foreign nationals to join their businesses and organizations. These foreign workers often bring highly specialized knowledge to their respective fields, add cultural diversity to the workplace and help U.S. employers maintain competitive advantage in the global market.  Despite the many benefits that these foreign nationals bring to the U.S. economy, business immigration procedures are often complex and the legal processes are overwhelming.

Our firm will guide you through the maze of immigration processes, from the hiring to the transfer of foreign workers. With our experience working with all types of organizations and businesses and our knowledge of United States citizenship and immigration law, we can help you explore the options for work authorization and assist you with the documentation requirements necessary to obtain the appropriate visa.  The firm also provides legal advice and assistance to corporate clients in establishing "I-9" employment compliance programs to meet immigration and labor department laws and regulations involving foreign workers.

Fuller & Fuller LLP has extensive experience assisting corporate clients with obtaining specialty occupation, intracompany transferee, treaty investor and other non-immigrant work visas. The Firm also provides legal assistance with matters leading to the attainment of lawful permanent residence (“green card”) status, including alien employment certifications, employment based preference petitions based on extraordinary/exceptional ability, performance of outstanding research, multinational executive/managerial transfers and family based lawful permanent residence petitions.  The Firm has substantial experience representing individual clients with professional qualifications and extraordinary ability, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.  The Firm also provides legal advice and assistance regarding U.S. Naturalization applications.
