Scott R. Fuller was born in Quonset Point, Rhode Island. In 1980, he graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire and in 1984, he graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Economics. After six years of commercial underwriting experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Fuller graduated from the Fordham University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1990. Mr. Fuller is currently licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut (previously also D.C. and Colorado). In April 1992, Mr. Fuller joined the Law Offices of Lee M. Fuller, Jr. and in January 1998, became a Partner. In January 1999, the firm changed its name to Fuller & Fuller LLP. Mr. Fuller has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New York Chapter, Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee and in 1992, co-authored “The Employment-based Preference Category” published by the Immigration and Naturalization Institute. Between 1981 and 2001, Mr. Fuller was an annual Guest Lecturer at Fordham University Law School.
